Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a flexible return and exchange policy when for our customers, for a reliable online shopping experience.
All jackets are made-to-order, and production begins immediately after an order is placed, so we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds.
However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, with an estimated processing time of 15-45 days. It may take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement.
Refunds will be made to the same credit card/account used for the original purchase and will include the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
We are unable to provide refunds for shipping and handling costs.
Customers are eligible for 100% store credit for the purchase price if a product is returned for a refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount in such cases.
If an item is returned due to incorrect sizing, an exchange may be possible, but the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Refunds or exchanges are not available for products that have been damaged by the customer or used.
